REGISTRATION CONDITIONS

 

It takes approximately fifteen (15) minutes to register your dog. We need to review his health record, assess his baseline behavior, and write down some administrative information.

 

Unfortunately, we do not welcome dogs with aggressive temperaments or with barking behavior, destruction or other major health problems, for the health and safety of other residents and ourselves, two-legged friends.

 

Vaccinations

Vaccines and other preventive care required:

- Up-to-date vaccines: distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, parvovirus

- Rabies (every 3 years)

- Bordetella (kennel cough) (annual)

Dogs must be at least 3 months old.

Dominant-aggressive dogs are not allowed at the Auberge.

 

 

* The most important vaccine to receive for your pet is the Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccine and should be administered annually.

 

 

** Your pet's health record must be presented at all times when you arrive.

 

 

*** Your animal must have received its vaccines 10 days before arriving at boarding school.

ACCIDENT AND ILLNESS

 

A dog having been affected by a contagious disease or having been in contact with another animal affected by a contagious disease cannot be received at the Auberge before an incubation period of 30 days (quarantine).

 

We take great care of the safety and health of your precious animals. However, we are in no way responsible for any accident or illness that may occur on the premises of Auberge La Brégeoise. Remember that when working with your dogs, no matter where you are, there is always a risk of accidents, entanglement and conflict.

 

Veterinary costs : If veterinary care is required during your pet's stay, you will be responsible for the costs incurred.

WHAT TO BRING

 

• Food in sufficient quantity for your stay

• Toys

• A cushion, carpet, blanket for the bedtime. (not required)

• Treats.

• And of course ... the vaccination record!

 

PS We are not responsible for any items lost, forgotten, or destroyed during the doggie's stay.

 

 

PAYMENT

 

NO REFUND OR CREDIT

IN CASE OF SHORTENED STAY

Boarding services are payable on arrival of your dog at Auberge La Brégeoise in cash, Interact or credit card (Mastercard or Visa only). Fees for day care are collected when the dog leaves.

 

The prices indicated are for information only and have no legal value. Only the rates given during your reservation are applicable. Auberge La Brégeoise reserves the right to modify or delete this price information at any time, without having to notify you. The reduction on the second dog is applicable on condition that the two dogs share the same enclosure.

 

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Cancellation fees of the total amount of the deposit apply for any reservation canceled less than 30 days before the scheduled date of stay.

 

Days reserved and then canceled cannot be transferred, taken back or refunded. No refund for a night already paid will be granted if the animal is collected before the end of its stay.
