SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The breeder agrees to place the buyer on the waiting list for the acquisition of a puppy from the upcoming litter of:

Mother: Maeve

Father: Sammy

Breed: Bernedoodle F1B

• Expected litter/born on: May 2026

1. DEPOSIT AMOUNT (DOWN PAYMENT) The buyer pays a deposit of $300** (non-refundable ) today to reserve a place on the waiting list.

This amount will be deducted from the total selling price, set between $2500 and $3000 + taxes.

2. WAITING LIST PROCEDURES

· The order in which puppies are chosen is determined by the order in which deposits are received.

· If the desired puppy (sex/colour) is not available, the deposit is transferable to a later litter within [12] months, according to the breeder's policy.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

• By the buyer: In case of cancellation by the buyer, the deposit is not refunded.

• By the breeder: If the breeder cannot provide the puppy (e.g., not enough puppies), the deposit is transferred to another litter (within a 12-month period).

4. FINALIZATION OF PURCHASE

50% of the puppy's price will be required when a live, healthy puppy is available to confirm the reservation. The remaining 50% will be due upon delivery of the puppy. The puppy will be ready to leave from 8 weeks of age.
